NORTH OAKS
Residential Design & Renovation
A full residential renovation focused on reworking layout, material selection, and finishes to create a cohesive, functional, and modern home. I led both the design direction and ongoing project management throughout the build, overseeing decisions from early planning through final execution.
A full residential renovation focused on reworking layout, material selection, and finishes to create a cohesive, functional, mid-century modern home. I led both the design direction and ongoing project management throughout the build, overseeing decisions from early planning through final execution.
Scope & Role
-
Interior design & concept development
-
Material and finish selection
-
Coordination across phases of the build
-
Ongoing project management throughout construction

Design Intent &
Concept Boards
The design approach centered on grounded, neutral palettes layered with texture and subtle color. Natural materials and soft contrast were used throughout to create continuity between spaces while allowing each room to maintain its own character.

The Build Book
To support execution and alignment during construction, I developed a detailed build book outlining selections, finishes, and key decisions. This document served as a reference point throughout the project, helping streamline communication and maintain consistency during the build.

North Oaks reflects a balance of thoughtful design and hands-on project oversight. By managing both the creative direction and the build process, the project maintained cohesion from concept through completion, resulting in a space that feels intentional, functional, and lived-in.
